BIRTHDAY PARTY INFORMATION

The party takes a minimum of one hour and lasts for as long as you’d like.
There is a maximum recommended of 30 children.
We will arrive half an hour before the party starts to set up all equipment needed and get ready for it.
All our party themes are suitable for both boys and girls of different ages. Your entertainer is very engaging and experienced and will make everyone feel included. In addition, no child is out of a game at any time. Every child is a winner, so a prize for everyone is guaranteed!
All party games and activities will be tailored to the children’s age range or special requirements.
Umbrella Parties takes the highest care to ensure the safety of all party guests. Therefore, we’ll be alert for any hazardous situations, allergies/skin sensitivities or any special circumstances that can compromise the smoothness of your party. We’re eager to build up a good atmosphere and a pleasant party for everyone.
To give a touch of magical glee, every party includes one entertainer in a theme costume at your choice. Please choose from the following list the one your child would like the most.

Please note, we charge 45p per mile for travelling expenses on parties outside King’s Lynn. Costs are based on Google maps distances from PE30 to your venue’s postcode.

To secure your party a £20 booking deposit is required. On the party day you can pay the remaining amount.
Umbrella Parties is very flexible so you can either pay by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
